How HardRx Works

Four steps from questionnaire to doorstep — no clinic waiting room, no awkward pharmacy counter, and no charge unless a physician approves you.

Step 1

Choose your plan

Pick the dose count that suits you — 6 or 12 sublingual doses per month, or a one-time supply with no subscription. You can change or cancel this later; nothing is locked in.

  • Takes about a minute
  • No payment taken before physician approval
Step 2

Complete your health questionnaire

A short online form, roughly five minutes. It asks about your general health, your heart history, any medications you take, allergies, and what you are hoping the treatment will do. Answer it honestly — the physician is screening for the specific things that make sildenafil and tadalafil unsafe, particularly nitrates and cardiovascular conditions.

  • About 5 minutes
  • A video call is not typically required
Step 3

A licensed physician reviews it

An independent, licensed U.S. physician reads your answers and decides whether HardRx is appropriate for you. The review is included at no extra cost. If the physician does not approve you, you are not charged — and they may explain what would need to change.

  • Included free
  • No charge if you are not approved
Step 4

Your prescription is filled and shipped

If approved, your prescription goes to a PCAB-accredited U.S. pharmacy and ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Standard shipping is free and takes 3–5 business days. Overnight shipping is available at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping
  • Nothing on the label identifies the contents

What the questionnaire actually asks

There is no trick to it. The physician needs enough information to rule out the situations where sildenafil and tadalafil are genuinely dangerous, so the form covers:

  • Cardiovascular history — heart disease, previous heart attack or stroke, chest pain, blood pressure that runs very high or very low.
  • Current medications — especially nitrates such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate or dinitrate, and alpha-blockers. The nitrate interaction is the one that matters most: combined with a PDE5 inhibitor it can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
  • Allergies — particularly any known reaction to sildenafil or tadalafil.
  • General health — liver and kidney function, diabetes, and anything else that affects how your body handles medication.
  • What you are experiencing — how long, how often, and what you have already tried.

Be straight with the questionnaire

Leaving out a medication to improve your chances of approval defeats the entire point of the review. The physician is screening for interactions that can cause real harm, and they can only work with what you tell them.

Frequently asked

The questionnaire takes about five minutes. Physician review times vary. Once approved, standard shipping is 3–5 business days, and overnight shipping is available at checkout.

You are not charged. Approval depends on your health history — nitrate use, severe heart disease and very low blood pressure are the main reasons HardRx would not be appropriate.

No. The online questionnaire is the basis of the review. Answer it accurately and completely, because the physician is relying on what you tell them.
